ISLAMABAD : The Tehreek-e-Lubaik Pakistan (TLP) has postponed protests in Islamabad after talks with the government.
The TLP had announced a protest in Islamabad on February 16 demanding the deportation of the French ambassador and other demands. The protest has now been postponed after talks with the government. The agreement has the signatures of Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid and Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri, as well as four leaders of the TLP's central leadership.

The agreement reached between the two sides agreed that the government would remove Tehreek-e-Libek from the Fourth Schedule. Government ministers have assured that the government will sign the agreement in parliament after April 20. According to the TLP leadership, if the agreement is not implemented by April 20, the agreement will be considered canceled.
