Big shock ahead of Senate elections, key government leader announces quitting the party

Lahore :The ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) suffered a major setback ahead of the Senate elections, with Provincial Assembly member Sardar Khurram Sohail Leghari deciding to leave the party.

Khurram Leghari, who was elected from PP-275 Muzaffargarh constituency of Punjab Assembly, said that he had joined PTI after winning as an independent. He raised his voice on constituency issues several times but his hearing was not being held.  He claimed that five more members were ready to leave the party with him.

He said that Imran Khan was brought in by the youth and the youth was thrown out.

It may be recalled that Sardar Khurram Leghari has already resigned from the post of Chairman Task Force Price Control Committee.
